We are seeking a decisive, results-driven Fleet Readiness Manager to lead the charge in maximizing mission-capable uptime. This role demands an individual who thrives in high-stakes, fast-paced environments and excels at mobilizing cross-functional teams to keep our autonomous fleet at peak performance. You will leverage deep data analytics to monitor fleet health, preemptively identify failure trends, and implement proactive maintenance strategies. Your mission is to bridge the gap between technical hardware engineering and daily field operations, ensuring our service is always ready to meet market demand.
