About The Position

The Fleet Parts and Administrative Clerk is responsible for providing clerical and administrative support related to fleet parts management and daily operations. This role involves managing inventory, processing information, and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth departmental functioning.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
  • 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Legally eligible to work in the country where the position is located
  • Regular Driver License

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Inventory Control or Parts Management
  • Forklift experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory of fleet parts and assist with procurement.
  • Process and distribute department-related information daily.
  • Communicate with supervisors and managers on operational matters.
  • Maintain the office environment.
  • Act as a proxy for KRONOS for daily updates for drivers and helpers.
  • Utilize Microsoft Suite and other software tools for daily tasks, including time and attendance, safety incidents, and contract labor.
  • Assist with processing payments and other financial tasks.
  • Support the implementation of operational projects.
  • Communicate with customers regarding service issues.
  • Communicate with employees regarding scheduling and work assignments.
