About The Position

EquipmentShare is seeking a Fleet Operator for their rental facility in St. Louis, MO. This role involves driving vehicles to various locations, performing cleaning and light maintenance, and interacting with vendors. The position is safety-sensitive and requires a high level of energy and minimal supervision. The Fleet Operator will be responsible for transporting, cleaning, and dropping off vehicles, ensuring courteous and professional behavior, and adhering to all company safety policies.

Requirements

Valid driver's license
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have transportation to Resla work vehicle
Flexibility in scheduling which may include nights, weekends, and holidays
Clear MVR & Background
Ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining high energy.

Responsibilities

Transports vehicles from various locations.
Cleaning and light maintenance of vehicles.
Must interface with vendors such as body shops, dealerships, and insurance agents.
Maintain courteous and professional behavior & appearance.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures and protect company assets.
Ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining high energy.
