About The Position
The Agency of Transportation (AOT) is looking to fill the position of Central Garage Fleet Operations Supervisor in Berlin. You will lead a team of regional supervisors, technicians and parts specialists in the service, maintenance, repair and many other aspects of operations of our fleet of vehicles and equipment. A successful candidate will have demonstrated fleet operational aptitude related to mechanical ability, scheduling, training, communicating and will know how to prioritize and delegate work appropriately.
Requirements
- Four (4) or more years of experience in automotive services, or fleet coordination.
- One (1) or more years of financial or administrative experience.
- Experience as a supervisor, manager, or team lead.
- Valid driver’s license required.
Nice To Haves
- Experience as a mechanic or vehicle maintenance.
