WMH Solutions is seeking a Fleet Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day execution of its expanding rental and fleet operations. This role is crucial for ensuring equipment availability, timely delivery, proper tracking, accurate documentation, and readiness to support customers across the Southeast. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, dispatch, fleet operations, equipment rental, operations coordination, or a related role
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with purchase orders, invoicing, inventory tracking, or operational documentation
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail

  • Experience with ERP systems or business management software

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate incoming rental requests from customers and internal teams
  • Schedule equipment deliveries, pickups, transfers, and returns
  • Monitor fleet availability and equipment readiness
  • Coordinate equipment transfers between branches
  • Support rental fleet utilization and equipment tracking
  • Maintain accurate rental records and documentation
  • Coordinate equipment movement between branches and customer locations
  • Monitor inventory levels and fleet status
  • Assist with inventory audits and fleet reconciliation
  • Support equipment allocation and operational planning
  • Help improve fleet visibility and utilization
  • Create and manage purchase orders
  • Process vendor invoices and documentation
  • Support rental billing activities
  • Maintain ERP and rental management system records
  • Track operational and fleet-related data
  • Communicate with customers regarding equipment availability and scheduling
  • Coordinate with sales, service, transportation, and operations teams
  • Work with vendors and external partners
  • Help ensure smooth execution throughout the rental process
