About The Position

This opportunity is ideal for individuals with fleet management, vehicle rental, logistics, or operations experience who enjoy working directly with customers and solving operational challenges. The Fleet Operations Coordinator will support day-to-day fleet activities, maintain strong client relationships, coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs, and help drive efficiencies across the fleet program.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required
1-2+ years of fleet management, vehicle rental, or related operations experience
Strong customer service and client support experience
Experience coordinating vehicle maintenance and repair activities
Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office applications
Experience with data entry and recordkeeping
Ability to stand, walk, and remain active throughout the workday
Strong communication and organizational skills
Professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

Experience using rental management software
B2B client account management experience
Transportation or logistics operations background
Experience working with third-party service vendors
Business-related degree or equivalent experience
Previous experience supporting large fleet programs

Responsibilities

Manage and track fleet vehicle inventory
Perform detailed pre-service and post-service vehicle inspections
Coordinate vehicle washing, detailing, and cleaning activities
Schedule maintenance, mechanical repairs, and body work with third-party vendors
Ensure returned vehicles are properly fueled and ready for service
Maintain accurate fleet records and documentation
Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and fleet personnel
Support customer accounts and address operational needs
Identify opportunities to improve fleet efficiency and reduce costs
Collaborate with internal teams and customers to enhance program performance
