About The Position

Mustang Rental Services is hiring an experienced Fleet Manager to lead fleet strategy, utilization, and capital planning across our growing rental operations. This is a high-impact role for someone who understands how to manage a large, diversified equipment fleet as a business asset—not simply maintain it. Working closely with Operations, Sales, Service, and Logistics, you’ll use data and market demand to guide equipment purchases, fleet movement, lifecycle decisions, and dispositions.

  • Strong understanding of fleet utilization, asset lifecycle management, ROI/ROIC, and capital planning
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into operational decisions
  • Experience with fleet management systems, reporting tools, and performance analytics
  • Ability to work effectively across Sales, Operations, Service, Logistics, and leadership teams
  • Strong judgment, accountability, and follow-through
