Requirements

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Fleet management experience(200+ vehicles)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are properly maintained and in compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain vehicle maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • Coordinate with managers to meet fleet needs.
  • Monitor fuel consumption and implement strategies to reduce costs.
  • Keep accurate detailed records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and expenses.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for needed fleer repairs and changes.
