As a Penske Maintenance Supervisor, you will coordinate, schedule, and audit vehicle maintenance repairs, including preventive, mechanical, and electrical repairs to tractors, trucks, and trailers. You will engage diesel technicians, maintain team morale, and help meet customer expectations. The position is based at Penske’s Fort Pierce, Florida location; the shift is to be determined. You will participate in hiring, training, and developing vehicle maintenance technicians. New maintenance supervisors attend a Penske training program covering vehicle components and maintenance technology, service department management, associate leadership, and customer engagement. The role offers an opportunity to grow into a leadership position; being a mechanic is not required. The position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive. The associate must remain alert and work safely, accepting responsibility for their own safety and that of others. Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function. Travel within the district and as necessary is required, along with working the required schedule and at the specified location. Employment is contingent on completing an application and undergoing background investigation and drug screening.
