About The Position

The Service Coordinator will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while interacting and scheduling appointments with customers, by answering calls and scheduling appointments with customers, and following up by using phone, text message and email while ensuring attention to detail. The Mobile Service Coordinator will be responsible taking inbound calls and making out-bounding calls to customers and assigning scheduled work to technicians. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and transportation and be adept at problem-solving and customer service.

Requirements

  • H.S. Diploma/GED
  • 1 year or more in customer service or administrative related experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
  • Must be self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Possesses flexibility to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
  • Detailed oriented with excellent follow-up practices

Responsibilities

  • Provide concierge level customer service while interacting with customers, and team members over the phone, in person, or via electronic communication.
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments and review and maintain the daily schedule, managing the process efficiently.
  • Review and maintain accurate information with records.
  • Handle both inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service to ensure that the customer is properly informed of all scheduled work.
  • Ensure all email correspondence is handled promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor customer accounts, taking appropriate action where necessary.
  • Basic customer service follow-up calls after completion of service visits.
  • Communicate with Managers, Supervisors, and Parts team to ensure properly scheduled appointments.
  • Obtain customer information and keep an accurate database.
  • Maintain the standard for response time.
  • Set up appointments with all customers with the focus that all customers are prospective long-term customers.
  • Coordinate and manage customer quoting processes for clients, ensuring accurate information is submitted through third-party systems for approval prior to work commencement.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
