Fleet Maintenance Mechanic
About The Position
Carolina Sweepers is seeking a motivated and independent Fleet Maintenance Mechanic to join their team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to build on current mechanical experience, develop new processes, and potentially move into a supervisory role as the company grows. The mechanic will be responsible for the maintenance of a fleet of sweeper trucks and other vehicles, documenting services, and communicating with shift managers about repairs. The company has been providing quality maintenance services for 20 years and values integrity, drive, and employee growth, promoting from within.
Requirements
- Active driver license
- Clean driving record
- General mechanical experience
- Must pass a background check
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
Nice To Haves
- Experience with diesel mechanics
- Experience with hydraulic systems
- Experience with sweeper maintenance (training will be provided)
Responsibilities
