About The Position

US Foods is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Coordinator to join their team. This role involves greeting visitors, managing mail and department paperwork, answering and screening telephone calls, drafting correspondence, assisting with appointments and travel arrangements, maintaining databases and spreadsheets, monitoring supply usage, and managing conference room calendars. The position is Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 3:30 PM.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • Must have basic computer proficiency.
  • Requires experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Greets all internal/external visitors, vendors, etc., entering the department.
  • Opens, sorts, and distributes all mail.
  • Sorts and files department paperwork.
  • Answers and screens telephone calls and routes to appropriate departmental staff personnel.
  • Drafts, updates, and revises correspondence as requested.
  • Assists with setting up appointments for Department Manager/Supervisor.
  • Maintains and updates internal systems, databases, spreadsheets, logs, etc.
  • Monitors supply usage within the department and places orders when necessary.
  • Assists division with travel arrangements.
  • Maintains conference room calendars and schedules rooms.
  • Attends department staff meetings, trainings, etc. as needed.
