About The Position

A. Duie Pyle, a family-owned business since 1924, offers integrated transportation and distribution solutions throughout the Northeast. Supported by a vast network of LTL service centers, warehouse facilities, and dedicated locations, they provide flexible and seamless integrated solutions tailored to customer needs. The Fleet Maintenance Coordinator will perform administrative duties within the Fleet Maintenance department.

Requirements

  • Must be very detailed oriented
  • Excellent computer skills, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Capable of maintaining accurate computer files
  • Effective communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining vehicle specific information in our software system
  • Coordinating application of titles, registrations, license plates, permits and state inspection stickers
  • Distributing and tracking of licensing credentials for all company owned vehicles
  • Maintaining and monitoring EZ Pass accounts
  • Preparing, maintaining and submitting documents and reports as needed
  • Other administrative duties as assigned
