The Cleveland Brothers Equipment Management Services team supports customers by coordinating planned maintenance, inspections, fluid analysis, and equipment monitoring services for Caterpillar and competitive equipment. We work closely with customers, sales teams, and internal support groups to help keep equipment maintained, reduce unplanned downtime, and improve overall fleet performance through proactive service planning and operational support. Job Summary: The Fleet Maintenance Coordinator supports planned maintenance execution by reviewing machine data, identifying recommended services, and coordinating with internal teams and customers to help ensure maintenance is completed on time. This role uses Caterpillar systems and other digital tools to track machine maintenance needs, support service scheduling priorities, maintain documentation, and provide reporting related to maintenance activity. The position requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage ongoing follow-up across multiple machines, customers, and internal teams.
