Requirements

• Operates the weight station scale
• Greets and assists the public in a friendly manner providing quality customer service
• Enters information into computer program on a daily basis
• Prepares daily deposit
• Balances and handles cash drawer on a daily basis
• Answers the phone
• Checks mail
• Prepares customer charge account invoices for billing
• Receives, annotates, and processes payments
• Prepares monthly and yearly reports as requested
• Maintains a clean, safe environment in the scale office
• Weighs trucks on scale
• Enters appropriate data into computer (price, product, weight, customer name, etc.)
• Generates bill of sale
• Collects cash/checks
• Interfaces with company personnel and with outside haulers
• Performs related duties as directed
