About The Position

Reporting to the Transportation Manager and Supervisor, we are looking for an energetic Fleet Maintenance Associate who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys challenges, and is team player able to assess and schedule cleaning and maintenance on our equipment. The schedule for this role is Monday-Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm at our Transportation Hub in Salisbury, New Brunswick (3058 Fredericton Road).

Requirements

Completion of High School
Demonstrated working knowledge of transportation equipment
Good communication skills
Strong time management and scheduling skills
Must be comfortable with outdoor work
Must be self-motivated and able to stay on task

Responsibilities

Washing all trucks and trailers
Checking yard for equipment needing repair or maintenance
Reporting Maintenance issues to Fleet Supervisor
Complete basic repairs (i.e. lightbulbs, grease)
Record hub, odometer and tread depth readings
