About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a full-time Fleet Logistics Coordinator for its Service Center at DJT Airport in West Palm Beach, Florida. The role supports airport fleet operations by monitoring vehicle movements, coordinating exchanges and recoveries, and helping maintain accurate fleet records. It also involves assistance with license plates, facility upkeep, and repairs. Starting pay is $19.50 per hour.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or GED.
Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require current or future work authorization sponsorship by the company.
No drug- or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past five years.
Must be willing to work at the Palm Beach International location.
Must be able to work a 40-hour work week.
Must be able to lift 35–40 pounds.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

Monitor all aspects of vehicle movement on and off the airport lot for the entire fleet.
Make and receive calls from outside organizations regarding vehicle exchanges and recoveries.
Use computer systems to perform vehicle moves between locations.
Track and separate vehicles by movement type, including sold vehicles, vehicles needing preventative maintenance, and recalled vehicles.
Support special projects such as title registration, fleet maintenance, maintenance tracking, and turnback recording, as required.
Assist Branch Managers, Assistant Managers, and Vehicle Repair as needed.
Coordinate movement of off-airport drops, including at National/Alamo licensee locations, locations without Enterprise Mobility, and impounded vehicles.
Help install new license plates and review and update expired license plates.
Assist with daily maintenance of both terminals, including pressure washing, plowing, and salting on- and off-site lots.
Coordinate facility repairs with approved airport vendors.
