About The Position

Growing auto auction company! Fleet Lease Vehicle Coordinator opening! Experience in automotive, auction, dealership, retail automotive, rental car, collision/body shop, insurance, transportation, logistics or other related automotive experience is preferred.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license with good driving record.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Able to pass pre-employment screening.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in automotive, auction, dealership, retail automotive, rental car, collision/body shop, insurance, transportation, logistics or other related automotive experience is preferred.
  • Auction, automotive, fleet, logistics, or related vehicle coordination experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect and verify the condition of commercial consignment vehicles.
  • Complete and update accurate vehicle condition reports.
  • Recommend value-added repairs and prepare repair estimates.
  • Ensure repair pricing meets commercial account guidelines.
  • Coordinate vehicles through body, mechanical, and detailing processes.
  • Apply vehicle disclosures according to NAAA and client standards.
  • Communicate vehicle conditions, recommendations, and updates to commercial customers.
  • Ensure vehicles are sale-ready, properly staged, and meet auction deadlines.
  • Move and stage vehicles as needed to support auction operations.
  • Remove all Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from vehicles.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and escalate concerns when appropriate.
  • Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround time expectations.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Stay current on vehicle technology, repair methods, and industry trends.
  • Follow all company policies, client requirements, and confidentiality standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
