The Dedicated Account Leader role is responsible for fleet management, load planning, and customer service for assigned accounts. This position plays a critical role in driving operational success by overseeing driver performance and retention, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, and managing driver pay. In this role, you will optimize daily operations, support drivers, and deliver high-quality service to customers while maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations (e.g., DOT, OSHA) and company policies. You’ll have the opportunity to make an immediate impact by improving efficiency, strengthening driver engagement, and contributing to overall account performance.
