This position helps ensure strong asset control, reliable equipment availability, maintenance coordination, and effective fleet management practices that support business performance and operational continuity. The Fleet and Equipment Manager acts as a trusted partner to operational and leadership teams, balancing day-to-day oversight with strategic planning for asset utilization, lifecycle management, and service reliability. Under the general direction, the Fleet & Equipment Manager organizes, monitors, and ensures compliance of equipment and fleet operations for AFL Constructions.
