About The Position
The Fleet Engineer / Fleet Specialist supports the Fleet Support & Technical Services organization by contributing to the design, specification, evaluation, and procurement of vehicles and equipment. This role collaborates closely with engineering, design, procurement, and field teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in fleet, engineering, or procurement roles.
- Strong analytical, communication, and technical skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop vehicle specifications, conduct evaluations, support technology adoption.
- Assist with RFQs, technical evaluations, vendor assessments, and delivery tracking.
- Engage with operations teams, conduct site visits, gather field insights.
- Analyze performance data, support modernization initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and internal safety requirements.
