About The Position

The Fleet Driver 2 operates commercial vehicles to transport equipment and materials to various job sites in a safe and efficient manner. This role is responsible for ensuring all transportation activities comply with company policies, client requirements, and DOT regulations. The position includes conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections, completing required documentation such as DVIRs, and maintaining responsibility for assigned equipment, trailers, and cargo. The Fleet Driver 2 actively participates in safety meetings and adheres to all HSE standards while supporting overall operational needs.

Ability to communicate effectively with team members

Strong understanding of DOT regulations and compliance requirements
Ability to operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently
Ability to understand and explain permits
Adaptable to changing conditions and operational needs
Maintains integrity and adherence to company values
Works collaboratively with others and respects team contributions
Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks independently
High School Diploma or equivalent
2 years of relevant driving experience
Valid CDL Class A license
