This role engages in content teachbacks and cofacilitation of training content for Driver Trainees with senior leaders, providing feedback to participants, Fleet Development leadership, and Regional Training Center team members. The facilitator conducts facilitation audits, One Best Way consistency tours, and ensures compliance and alignment with Fleet Development class content. They also participate in content development, review, and assessment validation. The position supports the adoption of structural and change initiatives by educating Driver Trainees and assisting Regional Training Centers with processes and tours. Training classes are conducted according to block schedules, with monitoring of virtual reality training utilization. The facilitator stays informed on One Best Way process changes, delivers training using various modalities, and implements training for specialty and change initiatives. They provide additional training and follow-up for Fleet Development Trainers, and offer supervision and development opportunities for associates through hiring, training, and mentoring. This includes assigning duties, providing recognition, and fostering a sense of belonging. The role requires demonstrating expertise, providing advice, building relationships, identifying business needs, and implementing business solutions.
