We are looking for a Fleet Coordinator to help us meet production goals by ensuring accurate processing of all inbound wood trailers. As a Fleet Coordinator, overseeing the fleet maintenance yard, inbound wood trailers and pre-loaded equipment. Our operations team is guided by five beliefs; 1. We put people first; 2. Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent
One-to-five years of logistics experience

Nice To Haves

JD Edwards or other ERP system
carrier or driver relations experience
fleet operations experience

Responsibilities

Put safety first - always
Work as a team to drive our “people first” culture
Validate and process all inbound wood trailers.
Log the weight of loaded wood trailers upon arrival.
Coordinate movements of all inbound and outbound trailers.
Inspect the condition of the inbound trailers and coordinate maintenance when necessary.
Verify paperwork received from drivers and report discrepancies.
Coordinate daily movement of wood trailers to the plant.
Use data to ensure trailer usage is being optimized.
