Objective To retain and grow 100% of the clients assigned to your portfolio. This role is focus is to understand and identify the unique needs of each client, what they value and how fleet supports their business. Using this understanding, this role will be responsible to develop, communicate and own an on-going strategic Business Plan that delivers an optimal mobility program. In addition to ensuring 100% client retention, this role is also focused on maintaining current use of enrolled programs and services, while continually demonstrating the value of Wheels’ services. Please note that this description is not all-encompassing as other ad hoc tasks are expected of the position.
