About The Position

Fremont Motors is looking for a Fleet Assistant to help maintain their fleet inventory and ensure vehicles are clean, organized, photo-ready, and customer-ready. This is a hands-on position perfect for someone who enjoys working both indoors and outdoors, takes initiative, and can work independently. The role is ideal for individuals who like variety in their day and want to be part of a growing automotive company.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Ability to safely operate vehicles and equipment
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and stay productive
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working outdoors in Wyoming weather conditions
• Frequent walking, standing, bending, stretching, and lifting
• Ability to move vehicles safely around the lot
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors year-round
• Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment as needed

Responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance and organization of fleet inventory
• Wash, clean, vacuum, and detail vehicles
• Take photos of vehicles for online advertising and company websites
• Monitor and maintain vehicle battery charge levels
• Organize and store vehicle keys
• Move and arrange vehicles throughout the lot
• Assist with vehicle deliveries to customers and upfitters
• Inspect incoming vehicles for damage and verify accessories
• Apply wax, tire dressing, and other appearance products
• Keep lots, sidewalks, and driveways clean and safe, including snow removal
• Perform basic building maintenance and maintain clean work areas
• Ensure all vehicles display proper inventory stickers and information
• Follow all safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
