Fleet and Facilities Manager

Requirements
- 5+ years of facilities, fleet, asset, or operations management experience
- Experience with Asset Panda or similar asset management platforms
- Strong understanding of maintenance, vendor management, fleet operations, and compliance
- Comfortable leveraging technology to improve efficiency and accountability
- A self-starter who takes ownership and drives solutions through completion
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
Responsibilities
- Manage facilities and fleet operations across multiple office locations and a warehouse
- Own Asset Panda administration, asset tracking, reporting, and accountability
- Oversee maintenance, repairs, preventative service programs, and vendor relationships
- Manage fleet registration, insurance, compliance, and replacement planning
- Coordinate office moves, workspace planning, and facility improvements
- Manage building access and security systems
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and drive operational efficiency
- Support fleet staging, positioning, and movement of vehicles and equipment
