As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fleet Admin Partner to join our team. As a Fleet Admin Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our fleet customers by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their fleet data is accurate. Your responsibilities to support our growing customer base will include customer onboarding, reporting, and data audits. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to understand customer needs, develop tailored solutions, and ensure seamless integration of our technology into their operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of experience in fleet management field required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite of programs.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, including formulas, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (equivalent customer service experience may be considered in lieu of degree).
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with ability to think creatively and operate in a dynamic white space environment, specifically as it concerns solution development.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, both for building relationships with clients and effectively communicating with other members of the Sales, Onboarding, and Account Management teams.
  • Comfortable working without assigned swim lanes in a fast paced, highly collaborative environment.
  • Courageous and persuasive in pursuit of doing what's right for the customer and the business.

Responsibilities

  • Manage new fleet customer onboarding, including assistance with initial product setup and training.
  • Execute day-day tactical requests from the vanity inbox, the Implementation PMs, and Account Managers.
  • Manage exceptions to ensure processes and requests are followed on and resolved.
  • Take ownership of escalated issues by applying critical thinking and problem-solving to identify and implement solutions.
  • Ensure client expectations and internal metrics are being met.
  • Proactively manage customer groups and contacts to reduce defects.
  • Work directly with Account managers on customer reviews to help analyze fleets and meet customer needs.
  • Manage customer asset inventory.
  • Consolidate data from multiple systems and resources.
  • Support vehicle termination requests.
  • Create new reports and generate recurring reports to support customer requests.
