About The Position

Evio is seeking a Rebate Admin Client Success Partner to manage the day-to-day client facing needs of Evio’s medical rebate administration operations activities. This teammate is responsible for championing client priorities across multiple organizations in support of the administration and execution of Evio’s pharmaceutical manufacturer contracting and administration arrangement. You’ll serve as a primary operational partner, ensuring rebate programs run smoothly from end to end, while keep client needs front and center. This role ensures accurate rebate eligibility, invoicing, reconciliation, and reporting while maintaining compliance with contractual terms and regulatory requirements. This position blends commitment to client success with operational execution of Evio’s rebate administration platform. You’ll resolve issues and improve processes to drive accuracy, transparency, and financial outcomes. Your work directly supports better access, cost management, and overall experience for high-cost medications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, healthcare administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, with direct experience in: Rebates (medical or pharmacy benefit), Client account management and/or client success support role.
  • Strong understanding of rebate processes, contract language, and financial reconciliation.
  • Advanced Excel/data analysis skills; experience with large datasets.
  • Ability to manage complex workflows, deadlines, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with medical benefit drug rebates (ex. buy-and-bill, J-code drugs, specialty therapeutics).
  • Experience working at or partnering with a PBM, health plan, or specialty pharmacy.
  • Familiarity with value-based or outcomes-based rebate arrangements.
  • Experience working with medical claims data and healthcare analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., CMS, Medicaid, commercial contracts).

Responsibilities

  • Be the primary Evio operational point of contact for the client, Synergie Medication Collective, and ensure a consistent, high-quality experience.
  • Support contract setup, validation, and ongoing maintenance of rebate terms and parameters.
  • Ensure accurate execution aligned with client elections and manufacturer agreements.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses to resolve systemic invoicing and reporting discrepancies and respond to inquiries from customers.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve rebate capture and client value.
  • Support stakeholder interactions during rebate administration audits (manufacturer, clients, etc.).
  • Enhance scalability, accuracy, and efficiency of rebate operations.
  • Establish and maintain standard operating procedures, controls, and documentation.
  • Implement tools, automation, and workflows to support medical rebate administration visual controls.
  • Partner closely with internal teams (e.g., analytics, finance, client success, product) to ensure seamless operations and timely client issue resolution.
  • Support client onboarding and ongoing relationship management related to rebate services.
