About The Position

Billor is building the largest Trucking Ecosystem in the United States, combining Freight and Technology for Truck Drivers, Freight Brokers, and Autonomous Trucks, creating higher efficiency, stronger margins, and a more connected supply chain. We are looking for a Flatbed Trainer to deliver high-quality, hands-on training and support the daily operations of our Delivery Center. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fieldwork, communicates clearly, and isn’t afraid to get hands-on.

Requirements

Valid CDL A license (mandatory)
Fluent in English (clear communication with drivers and team)
Physically able to climb, handle tarps, chains, and heavy equipment
Strong ability to teach, correct, and communicate clearly
Reliable, safety-focused, and responsible
Team-oriented and willing to assist in various operational tasks
Patient and clear when explaining concepts
Good physical condition for hands-on tasks (climbing trailers, folding tarps, handling chains)
Punctuality, accountability, and good judgment
Previous flatbed experience

Nice To Haves

Ability to speak Portuguese or Spanish

Responsibilities

Lead two practical training sessions per day with groups of drivers, covering: Pre-trip inspection (PTI) of truck and trailer, Proper techniques for climbing in and out of the truck, Correct and incorrect methods of strapping loads, Tarp positioning and folding, Load securement using chains and binders.
Provide feedback, corrections, and performance evaluations.
Complete checklists and confirm drivers are road-ready and safe.
Support general Delivery Center activities, including: Receiving and inspecting trucks, Assisting in unit deliveries and yard organization, Performing basic maintenance on training equipment, Collaborating with the team in a proactive and cooperative manner.
Deliver software and hardware usage training, including: Log book systems, Tablets, GPS devices.
