Requirements

• Flat roofing experience
• Shingle roofing experience
• Roofing labor experience with some hands-on jobsite knowledge
• Ability to work hard in outdoor conditions
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to safely use roofing tools, climb ladders, and work at heights
• Someone who lives reasonably close to the job area
• Experience with flat roofs, shingles, or general roofing labor
• Basic knowledge of roofing materials and tools
• The ability to work efficiently as part of a crew
• A solid work history and good attitude
• A location close enough to stay committed long-term

Responsibilities

• Install and repair flat roofing systems
• Install shingles, underlayment, flashing, and other roofing materials
• Tear off old roofing materials
• Load, unload, and move materials around the jobsite
• Assist roofers and crew leaders with daily roofing tasks
• Maintain a safe and clean work area
• Follow jobsite directions and safety procedures
• Show up ready to work and contribute to the crew
