About The Position

Quanex is seeking a Flat Roller to join their team in Chehalis, WA. This role involves working with team members to install screen mesh into door or window screen frames and ensuring proper sequencing of orders. The position is scheduled for 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM. Requirements

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to follow both written and verbal directions.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds

Nice To Haves

• At least 6 months of production, assembly or related work experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety procedures, rules, and guidelines; and notify the supervisor of any existing or potential safety issues.
• Visually inspect for defects or errors in materials.
• Verify size, color, customer, configuration (hardware), according to labeling system.
• Sequence into rack for next step.
• Perform related work as required.
• Be responsible for attending work on time and for scheduled hours each day.
