Requirements

  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are required
  • Work rotating shift which includes weekends and holidays
  • Must be respectful to others, responsible and dependable
  • Must be able to work in an industrial environment and in varying temperatures
  • Ability to work as a team player in a fast paced environment, with strong work ethic, attention to details and find root causes for issues
  • Ability to use all measuring devices (tapes, micrometer, inside outside calipers, etc)
  • Demonstrates dependability in attendance, work completion, and flexibility to meet business needs
  • 1 year Rolling Mill experience and/or manufacturing related experience
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily housekeeping duties including but not limited to immediate work area
  • Perform minor/routine maintenance or repairs as needed to equipment without the assistance of maintenance personnel
  • Operate and maintain rolling mill machinery
  • Monitor rolling process
  • Ensure good quality control
