Requirements
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently under a flat-rate pay system.
- Own a complete set of tools necessary for the job.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Nice To Haves
- ASE Certification
- Experience in automotive repair (dealership or independent shop experience preferred).
Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs efficiently to manufacturer and dealership standards.
- Accurately document work performed and recommendations for future service.
- Ensure all repairs are completed safely and meet quality standards.
- Stay up to date with industry standards, technology, and best practices.
- Work collaboratively with service advisors and other technicians to ensure a seamless service experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
