Flag Football Referee - Part Time
About The Position
i9 Sports in Scottsdale/Phoenix is seeking enthusiastic and reliable referees for their fall youth flag football league. No prior officiating experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided. The role involves officiating games on Saturdays and Sundays at various parks, with specific game lengths and starting pay rates outlined. This is a 1099 independent contractor position. i9 Sports is a leading provider of community-based youth sports programs, focusing on flag football, soccer, basketball, baseball, volleyball, and lacrosse, with a mission to help kids succeed in life through sports by teaching good sportsmanship and making sports fun and convenient for families.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must have an email address and a cell phone.
- Must have reliable transportation to the parks.
- Must be enthusiastic, on time, professional, and clean-cut.
Nice To Haves
- Prior officiating experience is not required.
- Preference for referees to obtain their own ref shirt.
