About The Position
i9 Sports in Scottsdale/Phoenix is seeking enthusiastic, punctual, professional, and clean-cut individuals to serve as referees for their fall youth flag football league. No prior officiating experience is required, as training will be provided. This is a 1099 independent contractor role.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must possess an email address and a cell phone.
- Must have reliable transportation to the parks.
- Must be able to pass a Sterling Volunteers background check.
Nice To Haves
- Possession of your own referee shirt is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Officiate youth flag football games.
- Ensure games are conducted in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a positive and enthusiastic presence on the field.
