About The Position
BASIS is seeking qualified candidates for a High School Coed Flag Football Coach to join our bright, passionate team! This is part of an auxiliary program and is not a full-time position. Pay: BASIS Ed offers a competitive hourly pay for this position.
Requirements
- HS diploma
- Previous coaching experience
- Experience working with young athletes
- Ability to demonstrate flag football skills effectively
- Experience in playing flag football at a competitive level
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's preferred
- Collegiate student-athlete experience
Responsibilities
- Effectively teaching young athletes the fundamentals of flag football (starting from how to throw a ball properly)
- Creating and implementing drills to help build foundational skills
- Coaching students through best practices in sportsmanship
- Attending all games, practices, or scrimmages
