About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven Fixed Income Sales Assistant to support our investment sales team and broader asset liability operations. This role plays a critical part in delivering high-quality fixed income offerings, including certificates of deposit and securities, through market research, trade support, and data management. In this position, you will help facilitate the execution and delivery of tailored investment solutions by maintaining offering materials, analyzing market trends, supporting trade processing, and ensuring accurate documentation. You’ll collaborate closely with internal partners across sales, marketing, compliance, and operations, contributing to both client-facing initiatives and behind-the-scenes processes that drive successful outcomes. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in fixed income markets who enjoys balancing analytical work, operational support, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of fixed income markets and institutional investment strategies
  • Proficiency in Bloomberg and Salesforce
  • Experience analyzing market data and supporting investment sales
  • Financial modeling or portfolio analysis experience
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
  • Experience in B2B sales or client relationship management
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements related to securities transactions
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years in investments or financial services
  • Knowledge of fixed income instruments (CDs, bonds)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel

Nice To Haves

  • Series 7 and 63 preferred; support for licensure available

Responsibilities

  • Update daily offering sheets for SimpliCD (Certificates of Deposit) and investment securities for internal and external distribution
  • Deliver tailored securities offerings using market research and analysis
  • Assist in executing securities transactions and ensure accurate settlement and documentation (with appropriate licensure)
  • Serve as backup for client support via phone or email when investment sales team members are unavailable
  • Maintain Salesforce records, investment databases, and documentation
  • Support Asset Liability Management operations, including rate administration and security safekeeping
  • Assist with proposal generation, performance modeling, and presentations
  • Collaborate with marketing and compliance teams on outreach and regulatory documentation
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned
