About The Position

As a Fixed Income Portfolio Compliance Analyst, you will join a team focused on compliance monitoring for fixed income activities. You will review order and trade activity, as well as account positions, to help ensure portfolios remain compliant with internal and external guidelines. You will collaborate with Portfolio Managers, Traders, Legal & Compliance, Investment Technology Group, and Investment Operations teams to support compliance processes and help resolve issues as they arise.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field.
Experience in financial services or a strong interest in investment management, compliance, or fixed income markets.
Foundational understanding of fixed income instruments, investment vehicles, and the investment process.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Detail-oriented and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
Effective communicator and enjoy partnering with colleagues across different teams and levels of the organization.
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Enjoy solving problems, asking thoughtful questions, and contributing ideas that improve processes and workflows.
Exercise sound judgment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a positive and collaborative approach.
