About The Position

The T. Rowe Price Fixed Income Undergraduate Internship offers an opportunity to gain valuable work experience while building a foundation in credit research and investing. The internship runs from early October through March and is primarily virtual with three days in-person in our Baltimore offices over the course of the internship. This is internship is part-time (10 hours per week) and the position is paid.

Requirements

• Minimum sophomore status in college with a expected graduation of December 2027 or later.
• Minimum 3.5 GPA or higher
• Strong academic background and intellectual curiosity
• Highly motivated, self-starter with ability to work independently and with others
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States (e.g., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant work status)

Responsibilities

• Develop foundational skills for credit research, including: Industry analysis, Financial analysis and key credit metrics, Three-statement financial modeling, Evaluating management and strategy, Relative value analysis
• Spend time learning from our Analysts, Traders, and Portfolio Managers
• Receive support and mentorship from our Fixed Income Associate Analyst team
• Complete several group and independent projects, including a capstone credit pitch
