Requirements

4+ years of progressive accounting or financial analysis experience, including fixed asset accounting.
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement preparation.
Experience preparing balance sheet account reconciliations.
Experience with month-end close activities.
Experience with financial analysis.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Highly analytical.
Detail-oriented.
Able to work independently.
Capable of managing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field is required.

Responsibilities

Supporting the accounting and reporting of the company's fixed assets while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting.
Prepare journal entries.
Perform balance sheet reconciliations.
Assist with month-end close activities.
Complete fixed asset-related tax filings.
Develop and analyze KPI reports.
Provide ad hoc reporting for management and executives.
Support special projects as needed.
