About The Position

Scheels is seeking a Fitting Room Specialist to join their team. This part-time role focuses on providing a personalized customer experience by managing fitting rooms, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Requirements

Must be available to work two to three shifts during the week and an every other weekend rotation.
Schedule may include varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays, must be available a minimum of two weekends a month.
Average hours per week is 20 hours.
Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation.
Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
Follow all safety procedures and perform job duties in a fashion that minimizes the risk of injury.

Nice To Haves

1-3 months of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Greet customers, check customers in and out of rooms, while monitoring the amount of merchandise the customer has in the fitting room
Prepares merchandise (buttons, zips, etc.) to return to the selling floor
Answer all incoming calls in a friendly, professional, and pleasant disposition
Learn product knowledge to assist customers and partner effectively with sales associates
Be knowledgeable to answer questions concerning location, price, and use of merchandise, and direct customers to the correct associate when necessary
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized fitting room environment
