About The Position

Scheels is seeking a Part Time Fitting Room Specialist to join their team. Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience
1-3 months of related experience or training
Ability to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

Responsibilities

Greet customers, check customers in and out of rooms, while monitoring the amount of merchandise the customer has in the fitting room
Prepares merchandise (buttons, zips, etc.) to return to the selling floor
Answer all incoming calls in a friendly, professional, and pleasant disposition
Learn product knowledge to assist customers and partner effectively with sales associates
Be knowledgeable to answer questions concerning location, price, and use of merchandise, and direct customers to the correct associate when necessary
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized fitting room environment
