Base Assembly Laborer – Night Shift Monday–Thursday | 3:45 PM – 1:45 AM | 4-day work week Paid lunch + 5% shift differential Pay $21.44–$25.00 per hour starting wage, based on experience Structured increases at 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year, with annual reviews after that What This Job Is You’ll be part of a team building the base and structural foundation of large, custom HVAC units used in commercial and industrial settings. This is hands-on, physical work using tools, saws, and equipment every day. You’ll be measuring, cutting, and assembling materials that everything else is built on. This is not light work. It requires focus, accuracy, and a steady pace. This is a safety-sensitive position. Attention to detail and safe work practices are required at all times.

Requirements

  • Proven experience using power tools and welding in a work setting
  • Comfortable measuring and working with basic math
  • Reliable and shows up on time
  • Works hard and keeps a steady pace
  • Takes direction well and works as part of a team
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening
  • Must be able to work safely in a production environment

Nice To Haves

  • Like working with your hands and building things from the ground up
  • Comfortable using tools like saws and drills
  • Pay attention to measurements and details
  • Don’t need to be micromanaged to stay productive
  • Construction, carpentry, or manufacturing background
  • Experience using saws or fabrication tools
  • Some welding experience required

Responsibilities

  • Build base frames and structural components
  • Measure, cut, and assemble materials
  • Use saws, power tools, and fabrication equipment
  • Read measurements and follow build instructions
  • Work with your team to meet daily production goals
