About The Position
One to One Health is seeking a full time Fitness Specialist to join our team located at Caesars Entertainment in Vegas! The Fitness Specialist is responsible for supporting members in achieving their health and fitness goals through exercise instruction, program design, and wellness education. This role provides direct supervision of fitness activities and ensures a safe and engaging environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CPR/AED and First Aid certification (required)
- Nationally recognized fitness certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM) required
- Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language.
- Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing
- Ability to follow written or verbal step-by-step instructions
- Ability to concentrate, think, and learn
- Ability to hear, see, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, lift, push and pull
Nice To Haves
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in a fitness or wellness setting preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct fitness assessments and develop individualized exercise programs
- Instruct members on proper use of fitness equipment and exercise techniques
- Monitor participant safety and provide immediate assistance when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of fitness areas
- Support group fitness classes and wellness programming
- Document member progress and maintain accurate records
- Promote member engagement and retention through positive interactions
