About The Position

First Fitness Management, a fitness industry leader in the creation of fitness and wellness solutions for corporations and institutions, is looking for a dynamic and passionate Full-Time Fitness Specialist to work at a corporate fitness center in Andover MA. This role involves creating a positive and encouraging atmosphere, leading group fitness classes, training clients, assisting the Manager, and maintaining a high quality of customer and client experience. The company emphasizes its local ownership, extensive experience in managing fitness centers, and comprehensive fitness and wellness programs.

Requirements

An enthusiasm and passion for life, fitness and making a difference in the lives of others.
Experience teaching a variety of group fitness classes.
Personal Training certification by a FFM authorized provider.
Understanding of exercise prescriptions and testing.
A commitment to providing a positive customer and client experience by providing the highest quality of service.
Experience in networking, engaging and interacting with all clients, guests and members.
Proficiency in using a computer.
BA/BS degree (in a fitness related field preferred).
CPR/AED certification

Nice To Haves

Willing to learn new formats and specialties for group fitness classes.
