UFC GYM Fitness Sales Manager
About The Position
The Fitness Sales Manager is responsible for driving the growth of our coaching programs while ensuring a premium experience for every member. You will lead the transition from membership to results by selling training sessions, managing the "Turn-Over" process, and hitting revenue targets for private training and supplements. Requirements
- Proven success in sales and a background in fitness, hospitality, or retail management.
- Strong ability to communicate value, handle objections, and build long-term relationships with members.
- Current CPR/AED certification required.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lead tours and remain active on the fitness floor for long periods.
Nice To Haves
- A nationally recognized Personal Training certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of monthly revenue goals for Private Training and Supplements.
- Lead fitness tours, present training options to prospective members, and close sales for training packages.
- Ensure a seamless hand-off from the Sales team to the coaching staff so the new member starts with a plan.
- Actively build a pipeline of clients through effective outreach, value-building, and re-signing current clients.
- Supervise the fitness staff to ensure they deliver high-energy sessions and meet brand standards.
- Act as the point of contact for member concerns and provide solutions that improve their fitness journey.
- Oversee staff schedules and timekeeping to ensure the gym is fully staffed to support our members.
- Consistently implement and follow all UFC GYM company and club-level policies and procedures.
