About The Position

The Fitness Sales Manager is responsible for driving the growth of our coaching programs while ensuring a premium experience for every member. You will lead the transition from membership to results by selling training sessions, managing the "Turn-Over" process, and hitting revenue targets for private training and supplements.

Requirements

  • Proven success in sales and a background in fitness, hospitality, or retail management.
  • Strong ability to communicate value, handle objections, and build long-term relationships with members.
  • Current CPR/AED certification required.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to lead tours and remain active on the fitness floor for long periods.

Nice To Haves

  • A nationally recognized Personal Training certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of monthly revenue goals for Private Training and Supplements.
  • Lead fitness tours, present training options to prospective members, and close sales for training packages.
  • Ensure a seamless hand-off from the Sales team to the coaching staff so the new member starts with a plan.
  • Actively build a pipeline of clients through effective outreach, value-building, and re-signing current clients.
  • Supervise the fitness staff to ensure they deliver high-energy sessions and meet brand standards.
  • Act as the point of contact for member concerns and provide solutions that improve their fitness journey.
  • Oversee staff schedules and timekeeping to ensure the gym is fully staffed to support our members.
  • Consistently implement and follow all UFC GYM company and club-level policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule, including mornings and nights, to support the needs of a 7-day-a-week operation.
