Workout Anytime Fitness Sales/Front Desk - 2nd Shift
About The Position
Workout Anytime in Anniston, Alabama is seeking a high-energy “Owner of the Shift” to drive membership sales and maintain an excellent gym environment. This role is the face of the company’s “Strength and Support” brand and combines sales, facility upkeep, and operational duties. The position includes a $10–$12 per hour base rate plus uncapped commission on membership sales. Top performers can increase their hourly average through consistent sales. Requirements
- Demonstrate a high-energy, proactive approach to sales and facility upkeep.
- Be willing to clean and make sales calls rather than remain seated behind a desk.
- Communicate regularly with management about issues and updates.
- Maintain a positive, can-do attitude.
Responsibilities
- Make at least 10 outbound calls per day to book appointments using provided warm leads and scripts.
- Manage the sales pipeline and follow up with prospective members using GymSales.
- Conduct tours and promote membership features, including the sauna, tanning, and human-touch massage chairs.
- Check the gym floor every hour, restock supplies, and keep equipment and facilities clean.
- Follow the daily cleaning and maintenance checklist and schedule.
- Promptly inform management about maintenance, cleaning, and member issues.
- Accurately process customer transactions and open and close the register without errors.
