About The Position

Redefining Strength is seeking a Program Advisor to help women change their lives and improve their quality of life through their coaching program. This role involves speaking with qualified inbound applicants over the phone to educate them on the coaching program and sign them up. The position requires high levels of leadership, integrity, and alignment with the company's core values. This is not a cold-calling position, as you will be speaking with pre-qualified applicants or those scheduled by appointment setters. The company provides a proven sales process and ongoing sales training. The ideal candidate is comfortable and confident selling over the phone and passionate about making an impact on women's lives, going beyond just weight loss.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a high-ticket phone closer ($3K+ offers).
• Confident and composed leading consultative, 45-minute sales conversations.
• Ability to uncover objections and guide prospects to a clear decision.
• Comfortable discussing money directly and respectfully.
• Strong emotional intelligence.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive without micromanagement or rigid schedules.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional environment for calls.

Responsibilities

• Speak with qualified inbound applicants over the phone for the Redefining Strength Coaching Program.
• Guide and educate prospects on the Coaching Program.
• Sign up prospects for the Coaching Program.
• Practice high levels of leadership, integrity, and stay in alignment with Redefining Strength's core values during all conversations.
